• Do not use the service to create unlawful, harmful, deceptive or rights-infringing content.
• Do not abuse, overload, scrape, reverse engineer or circumvent service limits.
• You are responsible for complying with TikTok and other third-party platform terms.

4. AI outputs

AI-generated ideas, scores and recommendations are estimates and are not guarantees of accuracy or performance. Review outputs before publishing. TikTolog scores and trend metrics are estimates and are not official TikTok data.

5. Paid plans

Paid plans, cancellation and refund terms are presented at checkout where applicable.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. TikTok relationship

TikTolog is independent and is not provided, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.
